After the success of Chris Lake’s last single “Build Up,” he teams up with John Dahlback for the next single off his album titled “I Saw This Before.” This feels like it has a little of everything from glitchy electro bleeps to progressive build ups. You can’t go wrong when you have two amazingly talents producers working together. The track is out now through Ultra Records.

On Friday May 4th, 2012 Dirty Sexy House & Corona Light presented Electric Beach with one of UK’s greatest, Chris Lake, at Playhouse Hollywood. Upon first entering the club I could feel a great vibe with people dancing early drinking their Coronas while wearing Corona Light themed glasses. Although the club was not filled up with people as early as usual, S.CO had the dance floor on their feet having a great time. As soon as Chris Lake started spinning the club seemed to immediately fill up with people and I knew we were in for a good night. Chris Lake dropped a lot of his own well known tracks including “Build Up” and one of my personal favorites “Sundown”. Once he dropped “Sundown” the crowd went nuts being that it is probably one of his most well known and fan favorite tracks.
Having Chris Lake at Playhouse was a real treat being that he has two Billboard Chart number ones, he’s the label owner of Rising Music and Rising Trax, and he is becoming one of the best DJ/producers touring around the world. If you were there then I am positive you had one amazing night and if you missed out then I suggest you check out Playhouse for one of their upcoming Dirty Sexy House Fridays. To see pictures from the night head over to Playhouse’s Facebook. For more on Chris Lake head over to the following links.

Tommy Trash decides to entice us with this hour long mix before his upcoming US tour. Seriously feels like Tommy Trash can’t make bad music. This one starts off with his remix to Steve Aoki’s “Ladi Dadi” (Which I can’t take off repeat at the moment) and goes through some Nicky Romero, Chris Lake, Hardwell, Skrillex, and more. If you’re going to be in Los Angeles March 19th come party with us as we go to see Tommy Trash at The Yost Theater. Tracklist after the break.
Chris Lake has got a great new track coming soon titled Build Up. He got his wife Gita Lake to throw down some amazing vocals for this one too. Not only do we have the original but we also have a preview of the Tommy Trash edit. If you want some amazing synths check out the original but if you wanna hear that dirty bass then Tommy Trash’s edit is for you. Grab them on February 7th.
