Eric Prydz Unveils Holosphere 2.0 at [UNVRS] in Ibiza

Ibiza’s most technologically advanced venue, [UNVRS], continues to push creative boundaries with the launch of its latest residency: Eric Prydz’s Holosphere 2.0. This exclusive 14-week residency will see the globally acclaimed artist debut an enhanced version of his revolutionary live show, redefining the future of electronic music performances.

A Next-Level Evolution of Holosphere

First introduced in 2019, Holosphere was one of the most ambitious and visually stunning live music experiences ever created. Prydz performed inside an eight-tonne, two-story-high sphere, so massive that Tomorrowland had to redesign its festival grounds to accommodate it. This summer, Prydz will take Holosphere to new heights at [UNVRS], staging Ibiza’s largest and most technologically advanced production to date.

Industry Leaders on Holosphere 2.0

Yann Pissenem, Founder & CEO of The Night League and Ushuaïa Entertainment, shares:

“Eric Prydz possesses an extraordinary vision and talent for crafting otherworldly experiences. Holosphere 2.0 represents a new frontier, seamlessly integrating cutting-edge technology with an unprecedented scale. Audiences at [UNVRS] will witness something truly groundbreaking—a future-forward show redefining the global audiovisual experience in 2025.”

Five Years in the Making

Prydz and his team have spent over five years perfecting Holosphere’s next iteration. The return of this groundbreaking show depended on technological advancements capable of bringing his bold vision to life. The original Holosphere was tragically lost when a stage collapsed, limiting it to just a single performance. Now, Holosphere 2.0 is bigger, bolder, and more innovative than ever.

Unparalleled Technology & Immersive Design

Advancements in stage technology allow Holosphere 2.0 to surpass its predecessor in both scale and sophistication. The iconic floating sphere, constructed through months of engineering, will feature:

  • A full-scale custom transparent LED system covering the interior, exterior, and internal volume.
  • Feature-film-level original animations and 3D holographic effects.
  • A multidimensional, immersive visual experience never before seen in live performances.

Romain Pissenem, Founder & CEO of High Scream LTD, adds:

“Holosphere 2.0 is a perfect match for [UNVRS]. We are thrilled to collaborate with Eric Prydz’s team to bring this visionary show to life using next-generation technology, offering an unparalleled immersive journey for clubbers.”

[UNVRS]: The Only Venue Capable of Hosting Holosphere 2.0

As one of the few permanent venues in the world capable of supporting Holosphere’s expanded form, [UNVRS] is at the forefront of technical and creative innovation. Prydz specifically sought a venue where the show could be experienced on a large scale, allowing for real-time experimentation with visuals and music throughout the residency.

A Transformative Audiovisual Experience

Holosphere 2.0 at [UNVRS] promises to be a dramatic evolution of its predecessor, featuring cutting-edge visual animations, groundbreaking production techniques, and immersive soundscapes. Fans can expect a next-level sensory journey that pushes the boundaries of what is possible in electronic music performance.
